Return & Refunds

Return Policy

If for any reason our products don’t match your expectations or you are unsatisfied, within 30 days of your order, please email us at info@selectline.us with your Order Number, then we will guide you through the returns process.

We would kindly ask that you ship back to us any unopened products (safety-seal around bottle-cap fully intact) and we will provide a full refund of your order immediately.

We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using an insured mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
